Steve said "Climate Change is potentially the biggest threat we face over the next generation. We can already see some of the dramatic effects with the recent floods. If we don't take real and lasting action now to cut our emissions drastically then we face a global catastrophe. It is crucial that we make a global stand on the environment."
The Liberal Democrats have published ambitious plans to make Britain carbon - neutral by 2050, including radical investment in new technology and energy production and huge investment in clean public transport and insulation of buildings.
